The best place in Harlingen to have lunch. This restaurant gets very busy, but I have found the service to be great.

Was in Harlingen for a meeting. Has lunch at lil' Ritas for the first time. Must admit I was so impressed it's the total package. Wonderful experience, great staff, awesome food!!!!!!! Definetely going back and bringing friends and family.
